“Oasis Aqua Gen”

Oxyhydrogen HHO Generators

Disclaimer

Please Read Before Purchase and Installation

SEVERE WARNING - Electrolysis of water generates Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas, a

very flammable / explosive gas. Never put an open flame or spark in front of any

Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas generator device output opening. The device WILL

explode, GUARANTEED!

Just because you are producing Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas out of WATER the most safe

and seemingly harmless substance on the planet it does not mean that it is safe or

harmless. This Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas generator device is NOT a toy and should

NOT be used as one.

We highly discourage you or anyone from dispensing the Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas into

anything but the air intake of your engine. Precautions must be taken to avoid any static

charge in the presence of the “Oasis Aqua Gen” Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas generator and

the output lines of any Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas producing device.

Do NOT
install inside the passenger compartment of your vehicle under any

circumstances inhaling Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas could be dangerous to your health.

This is EXPERIMENTAL
technology! We cannot promise you anything. We have done

our research and have been very successful in making our vehicles more economically

safe, but to promise you that your vehicle will have the same success would be ignorant

of us. Your vehicle could be broken in ways that makes it impossible to gain economy.

We are NOT
liable or responsible for your ignorance, neglect, or misuse of the ”Oasis

Aqua Gen” or any other Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas generating device.

You should never exceed 20 AMPS while operating our “Oasis Aqua Gen” Oxyhydrogen

( HHO ) Gas Generators. We recommend running them at no more than 10 AMPS.

Installation

Step 1

Tools Required

1) Wire Cutters

2) Wire Strippers

3) Wire Terminal Crimper

4) ½” Box Open End Wrench

5) ½” Drill ( Corded or Cordless )

6) ½” Steel twist drill bit
(for dash LED switch "OR" use under dash kit available at any local auto parts store)

7) 3/8” Steel twist drill bit

8) Razor Knife

9) 1 Gallon “Distilled White Vinegar”

10) 1 Gallon “Distilled Water”

Step 2

Component Location

1) Locate areas for HHO gas generator, bubbler spark arrester away from

moving parts and excessive heat from exhaust system or clearances that may

cause damage or hazardous conditions when components are installed. See

“Typical Installation “ ( PAGE 6 )

2) See “Typical Wiring Diagram” ( PAGE 5 ) for electrical component

placement of fuse block, relay, switch and electrical wiring harness

connections.

3) Locate the electric fuel pump fuse and wiring for switch power to energize the

control relay when motor is running. An “ADD-A-CIRCUIT” device may be

needed if the fuel pump wire or factory fuel pump crash switch is not accessible to tap into.

“DANGER” Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas generators “MUST NOT” be

able to operate without the vehicles motor being “ON”.

The switch installed is a safety device to turn the Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas

generator totally off.

Step 3

Parts Required For Mounting ( NOT SUPPLIED )

1) Bracket additions or modifications may be required for installation of some

components, including screws and fasteners. Every installation is different and

may require some thought prior to installation. Any items required should be

available at your local hardware store.

Step 4

HHO Generator Assembly

1) Thru the metal “U” Generator bracket install (1) ¾” Black Plastic Street elbow

use supplied pipe sealant liberally on pipe threads and tighten hand tight. Install
(1) 90 Degree
½” hose fittings.use supplied pipe sealant liberally on pipe threads
and tighten hand tight. Install (1) "Pop Off - Filler" elbow with rubber relief plug
( #4 rubber plug w/ leash ) that will
have no hose connection, "FIRST" place one
side of rubber plug leash around "U" Generator bracket use supplied pipe sealant
liberally on elbow pipe threads and tighten hand tight
"DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN PIPE FITTINGS" hand tighten only !!!!

Step 5

Component Installation

1) Install Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas generator add “White Distilled Vinegar” 2

inches above internal plates. Install Bubbler Spark Arrester add “Distilled

Water” 1 inch above inside bottom of 3/8” bubbler tube

2) Install ½” hose between Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas generator and Bubbler

Spark Arrester input connector ( bubbler “input” uses interior tube)

3) Install 3/8” hose between Bubbler Spark Arrester and engine Fuel Injection

Throttle Body. Remove Factory plastic or rubber air intake ducting to drill

3/8” hole as close as possible to Throttle Body for hose installation, care must

be taken to minimize any debris inside intake ducting. Push 3/8” hose inside

air intake ducting “1 inch” or to center of ducting. Vehicles that are naturally

aspirated or with carburetors install 3/8” hole into air cleaner housing.

4) Install Wiring Harness, attach “Fuse Block” near Battery attach control Relay,

connect “RED” and “BLACK” wires to Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas generator.

5) Drill ½” hole in dashboard and install switch "OR" add a under dash switch
kit available at any auto parts store, drill 3/8” hole thru firewall and
install rubber grommet run blue wire from relay to switch. Installation of both

items require drilling holes, be extremely careful of where you drill, check

opposite side carefully for obstructions or objects that may be in the way.

Connect the blue wire from the relay to center terminal “load” on the switch

the black wire from the switch top ( LED Up ) terminal to Ground.

Step 5
(continued)

6) The most important connection of all “Switch” power, bottom terminal or line

is connected to the power from the electric fuel pump fuse so as the

Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) generator will not operate without the vehicle motor

running use the electrical tap connector to attach wire. If you vehicle doesn’t

have an electric fuel pump or factory fuel pump crash switch use the accessories circuit
such as A/C unit or windshield
wipers or add a seperate oil pressure switch . An “ADD-A FUSE”
may be helpful. See “ Typical wiring diagram”
( PAGE 5 ) for more information

7) After all other electrical connections to the devices have been made the final

BATTERY hook up can now be completed “RED” to Positive, “BLACK” to

Negative. Check all connections and start your vehicle engine, check bubbler

for Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) gas output bubbles.

Operation –

1) Every 300 miles change the “White Distilled Vinegar” inside of

Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) Gas Generator adding only distilled water as levels
decrease indicated in last step below because the anode and cathode plate
conditioning period "continues" until the plates have turned a
"GOLDEN or HONEY BROWN COLOR"
(you will also see the Electrolyte color change from a dark blue to a light red)
at that point the conditioning period is over and now maximum
HHO production can be achieved. Please
continue to next step.

2) After every 2,000 miles change “White Distilled Vinegar” inside of the

Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) Gas Generator and “Distilled Water” inside Bubbler

Spark Arrester. Maintain fluid levels inside Oxyhydrogen ( HHO ) Gas

Generator and Bubbler Spark Arrester between changes with “Distilled

Water” only, no need to use more “White Distilled Vinegar” except at the

2,000 mile marks or if the electrolyte gets heavy with particulate matter.

3) "HHO GENERATOR" fluid level – Maximum - 2” above anode & cathode plates.
Minimum - Top of anode & cathode plates.

"BUBBLER ARRESTER" fluid level – Maximum - 1” above inside bottom of 3/8” tube
Minimum - 1/2" above inside bottom of 3/8" tube

"NEVER RUN THE GENERATOR WITHOUT FLUIDS INSIDE"
